Poetry

It's quite amazing how quickly the time goes these days, Christmas snook up on me whilst i wasn't looking.  I coped by just fitting in odd chores here and there and it seems to have worked.  My tree is finally up, i say up as it's fallen twice (once on top of me).  I've managed once again to break a few decorations (this happens every year), but it gives me a chance to replace with new and a change.

Christmas is going to be a quiet, relaxing time for me this year, just four of us and then it will be hectic again helping to move my daughter into her new flat in Chester.  There are also big changes to my Indigo Moon shop here in Montgomery, more about that later, and i have some new creative projects to do.

In the meantime i've created these delicious little poetry books.  Eight little books made for my exhibition "Nothing but a House" in August this year, four of which have sold.  I've made another four and they will be in my Etsy shop in the new year.

Twelve pages of watercolour paper beautifully embellished with vintage fabric, ephemera,  thread and  a selection of my own unpublished poems.  Inside, there is a smaller concertinaed double sided book, which has been carefully stitched in place.  These are one off original pieces.

XOXO

Wow! That is such a nice gallery you have there. I will certainly keep track of those for future reference. You should keep tabs on those as well, as those are about to zip to hands of buyers fast, so make sure you've got everything covered, especially with regard to inventory and finance. More power to you!
